Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 7 days, the product will not be eligible for refund, only for replacement as long as it is covered by the warranty.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@icarerehab.ph, chat with us by clicking the “Chat with us” button, and/or by reaching us to our Facebook page: facebook.com/icare.ph. When reaching out, please provide your username or order number.

For your return and refund request to be accepted in case of missing item, wrong item delivered and replacement, we will require:

  • Pictures/videos that clearly show the issue, problem or damage of the product
  • Picture of the packing slips, showing the order number or tracking number
  • If the packing slip is not available, we will need the order number or screenshot of your order transaction.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It would be best to take a video recording while we are opening the package upon receiving.

Replacement

All warranty of the products only cover the factory defects. We will assess the product condition if the damage/defect is caused by:

  • Natural Disaster
  • Overcharge
  • Irregular Usage (not according to user manual and guidelines)
  • Fire

If the issue falls under any of this categories, it will not be qualified for warranty. After we verify that the product is eligible for replacement, we will send to you the details our service center where you can return the product. You can use any shipment providers or courier, like Lalamove, LBC Express, J&T Express etc.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

For missing item and wrong item delivered, we have these options:

  • We will refund the amount of the product missing in the package within 7 days after the delivery date. We can only refund through GCASH and bank transfer.
  • We can deliver the missing product to you.
  • For wrong item delivered, you must return the product to us first before we can deliver the right item. We will cover the shipping fee as long as it is within 7 days after the delivery date.
